Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
iUtils operates iUtils and its apps and is responsible for the personal information described here.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and sign-in and security settings.
- Organization details: team name, members, roles, branding and the apps your team uses.
- Content you and your team put into the apps.
- Billing records: plan, seats, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: sign-in times, IP addresses, device and browser information and error reports, used to keep the Service secure and working.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, to sign you in across the iUtils apps your organization uses, to bill for paid plans, to answer support requests, and to tell you about changes to the Service. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the Service — such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing (Stripe) — under agreements that limit them to that purpose, and authorities where the law requires it. Members of your organization can see what the organization shares with them.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account or organization is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your profile at any time, and ask for a copy of your personal information, a correction, or its deletion. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under data-protection law, including to object to processing or to complain to a regulator.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and two-factor sign-in is available on every account.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the Service.
