Terms of Service
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you, or the organization you act for, and iUtils, which operates iUtils and its apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
2. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for what happens under your account. An organization owner is responsible for who they invite and for the access they grant to each member.
3. Plans, seats and payment
Paid plans and per-seat app licences are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, for the billing period you choose. They renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Seat and plan changes made during a period may be prorated; the billing page states how a change will be charged before you make it.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails, access continues while the payment is retried; if it still cannot be collected, the paid features end and the account returns to the free plan.
You can cancel at any time from your organization's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data
You own the content and data you put into the Service. You give iUtils permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Service to you. A plan change or cancellation never deletes what your organization made.
How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Features may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, iUtils is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the agreement if these terms are seriously breached. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership of data and limitation of liability, continue after it ends.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the Service before they apply.
